Philip had over a decade in the voluntary sector working up to Director Level prior to launching Aria at the end of 2006, day to day Philip is responsible for dealing with existing clients and generating new business.

Michelle had previously worked in the banking sector prior to joining Aria, she has been with the company for two years and is responsible for rent collection and debit recovery. Michelle specialises in liaising with corporate clients to recover outstanding debits.

Shauna is a graduate of Queens University Belfast, and had worked in the insurance sector for Zurich, Crowe underwriting services and Aviva before coming to work in the family business, Shauna deals with accounts and property insurance claims.

Trish worked for East Belfast Mission in there housing projects for 9 years prior to Joining Aria, she has extensive experience in dealing with local housing allowance claims and associated recovery situations and is involved rent collection process.
